The 4,000 square-foot restaurant located directly above the recently-opened Starbucks will offer diners amazing views of the fountains at Bellagio while a separate 1,700 square-foot patio and bar in the center's Grand Allée main walkway will allow guests to dine under the lights of the Strip.
