Ms. Hills has been the Development and Alumni Relations Director at the University of Exeter and brings nearly two decades of experience in fundraising, marketing, team development, and management. While at Exeter, she led the University's first-ever development campaign which exceeded its target one year ahead of schedule. Exeter was awarded the Times Higher Education Outstanding Fundraising Team of the Year and was recognized by ICARS as one of the top five alumni departments outside the United States.
