Graham Nash Announces Additional U.S. Tour Dates In Support Of Critically Acclaimed New Album "This Path Tonight"
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Legendary singer-songwriter Graham Nash has announced a new batch of U.S west coast tour dates in March and April 2017 in support of his new studio album, This Path Tonight, which was released worldwide on April 15. Pre-sales for the new tour dates are available tomorrow, Wednesday Sept. 14th, at 10 am local at www.grahamnash.com.
The tour features Graham Nash and longtime collaborator and This Path Tonight producer Shane Fontayne. Together, the duo performs songs from Nash's new album alongside fan favorites from his days in the Hollies and Crosby, Stills & Nash; each song is accompanied by short anecdotes and backstories from Nash's career 50-year career.
"A special night with a special performer … and Fontanye's fabulous guitar work…and counter harmonies was one of the main highlights of the evening." – Lancashire Telegraph
"Hearing over 800 people sing these songs, word for word, to the man who had written and inspired so many, was overwhelming for the listener, as was obviously impactive on the humbled individuals on stage." – Show the Show
This Path Tonight is the new studio album and collection of 10 original songs from Graham Nash. Produced by Shane Fontayne, this is Nash's first solo record of new music in fourteen years. The album is one of reflection and transition of a singer-songwriter whose career (the Hollies, CSN, CSNY) has spanned more than five decades and counting.
The new album landed on seven different Billboard charts in the United States, was his highest charting album in the UK in over 45 years, and has done extremely well on all international charts, including Japan, Holland, Italy, France, Norway, and Germany.
Graham Nash is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee and two-time Songwriter Hall of Fame Inductee, Grammy Award winner, a New York Times best-selling author, and Officer of the Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)
