Global Mobility Executives Complete 'HRO Today' Annual Survey and First-Place Ranking in the Relocation Baker's Dozen Goes to Graebel for Two Years Running, 2010 and 2011.
AURORA, Colo., May 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the HRO Today magazine has reported that Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. has achieved first-place in its Relocation Baker's Dozen list for the second consecutive year. Fortune 500 global mobility executives that are responsible for worldwide relocation and moving services completed the confidential HRO Today survey. Scope and scale of services and the quality and satisfaction with suppliers' services were queried. From among the dozens of potential service providers examined by corporations thirteen companies reach the Relocation Baker's Dozen. Rankings were based on point assignments and weighted questions and all feedback came entirely from third party relocation companies' clients. Graebel out-performed twelve other organizations to earn the coveted first-place position. This year marks the first-time that a provider has been honored with first-place for two consecutive years.
Bill Graebel, chief executive officer at the Graebel Companies, Inc., commented, "We are honored and humbled that corporations have for the second straight year placed Graebel in first-place in the HRO Today Relocation Baker's Dozen. This speaks volumes about our customer-first business approach worldwide."
According to Elliot Clark, chief executive officer of HRO Today Magazine, "Graebel Relocation Services ranked first among dozens of corporate relocation service providers who were eligible to be one of the thirteen in the 2011 HRO Today Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey for Relocation services. This year they also showed top scores in quality of service. Their culture is clearly one of commitment to their customers and to doing exemplary work for their employees in the process of relocating."
Graebel concluded, "I am also pleased to report that we signed over eighty new, multi-year full-service relocation agreements with large volume clients last year. Companywide, we have experienced double-digit growth that has come chiefly from longtime clients for the past nine consecutive months. The first-place finish is a strong testament to what we have always believed at Graebel - that we have the best people helping the best customers in the world."
