BEIJING, March 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Covington announced today that Grace Chen has joined the firm's international employment practice in its Beijing office.

Ms. Chen has more than 15 years of experience working at international law firms in China, advising multinational companies on a range of projects including matters relating to employment law and employee benefits. Ms. Chen also has extensive experience representing technology companies in the media, IT, life sciences and clean-technology sectors doing business in China. Prior to joining Covington, Grace was a partner at an international law firm in Beijing.

Ms. Chen received her bachelor's degree at National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan; two master's degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and a law degree from UC Berkeley's School of Law (Boalt Hall).
