Governor General to Attend the Annual Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences
OTTAWA, May 29, 2015 /CNW/ - His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will address the attendees of the 2015 Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences during a panel discussion on Monday, June 1, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., in the Desmarais building at the University of Ottawa.
"I'm so pleased to have this opportunity to talk about innovation in learning with some of Canada's leading thinkers," said the Governor General. "Researchers in the social sciences and humanities can help us better understand the way we learn and how we can improve learning capabilities in our contemporary context.
