Governor Corbett Signs House and Senate Bills
HARRISBURG, Pa., June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --Governor Tom Corbett today signed into law the following bills:
House Bill 326 (P.N. 1130) - Amends the County Code changing the governance of third class county convention center authorities by increasing the number of governing board members from nine to eleven.
House Bill 571 (P.N. 633) – Act designating the bridge carrying State Route 45, crossing the Little Juniata River in Spruce Creek Township, Huntingdon County, as the SFC Sidney N. Hamer Memorial Bridge.
House Bill 891 (P.N. 1945) – Amends Title 34 (Game) permitting wildlife control operators to use electronic means to check on the status of a trap while acting pursuant to the authority granted under the permit.
Senate Bill 381 (P.N. 314) – Amends Titles 13 (Commercial Code), 30 (Fish), & 75 (Vehicles) revising secured transaction provisions.
Senate Bill 526 (P.N. 1156) – Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) providing for definitions and sanitation standards.
