Governor Corbett Signs House and Senate Bills

HARRISBURG, Pa., June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --Governor Tom Corbett today signed into law the following bills:

House Bill 40 (P.N. 538) - Amends the CPA Law further providing for certificate requirements, equivalency practice for individuals and equivalency practice for firms and entities.

Senate Bill 196 (P.N. 716) - Amends the PA Infrastructure Investment Authority Act to provide that groups other than just municipalities may qualify for financial assistance with storm water projects.

Senate Bill 334 (P.N. 1143) - Amends Title 42 (Judiciary) by establishing a General Division and Traffic Division under the Philadelphia Municipal Court.

Senate Bill 679 (P.N. 654) - Act designating a portion of State Route 3031 in Richland and Conemaugh Townships, Cambria County, as the Lieutenant Colonel B.D. "Buzz" Wagner Memorial Highway.
