Governor Corbett Orders Flags at Capitol Complex and in Washington County to Fly at Half-Staff on July 16 in Honor of Former U.S. Rep. Mascara
HARRISBURG, Pa., July 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Tom Corbett today ordered all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities in Washington County to fly at half-staff on Saturday, July 16 in honor of former U.S. Rep. Frank Mascara, of Charleroi.
Mascara, who served four terms in Congress, died Sunday. He was 81.
