Government Technology Leaders Headline GovernmentCIO's Tech Futures Forum May 9 at George Washington University
WASHINGTON, May 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- GovernmentCIO Media & Research, in partnership with George Washington University, will host the Tech Futures in Government CXO Tech Forum on May 9 in Washington D.C. to bring together top government leaders discussing what's ahead for federal agencies in cybersecurity, IT modernization, big data and quantum computing.
Leaders from the White House, George Washington University, General Services Administration, Small Business Administration, and the departments of Defense, Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs will discuss in panels what's over the horizon for government technologies.
The event will take place at George Washington University's Jack Morton Auditorium at 805 21st St NW, Washington, DC 20052 on May 9 from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
George Washington University and GovernmentCIO Media & Research have worked in partnership to survey over 100 federal IT leaders for a research report on the future of government technology into 2020 and beyond. Initial findings from that report will be discussed ahead of the official release of the report later in 2019.
Speakers at the forum will include: Maj. Gen. Lee E.
