Government of Canada Announces Appointment of New Member to the National Energy Board
OTTAWA, June 30, 2015 /CNW/ - The Honourable Greg Rickford, Canada's Minister of Natural Resources and Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario, today announced the appointment of Dr. Murray Lytle as a full-time member of the National Energy Board (NEB) for a term of seven years, effective July 6, 2015.
Dr. Lytle is a seasoned engineering and executive management professional with considerable experience in Canada and South America in the oil, gas and mining sectors, as well as equity finance. Most recently, he has served as Divisional Manager for Snowden Mining Industry Consultants based in Calgary, Alberta. Dr. Lytle holds a Ph.D., Mining Engineering (Corporate Social Responsibility) from the University of British Columbia.
