Goodrich Signs Agreement with SYPAQ to Represent DB-110 Surveillance System in Australia
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Goodrich Corporation's (NYSE: GR) ISR Systems team in Westford, Mass. has signed an agreement with SYPAQ Systems Pty. Ltd., based in Melbourne, Australia to represent and provide program management for the Goodrich DB-110 reconnaissance system.
This agreement allows Goodrich to offer direct local representation in Australia and New Zealand. This is the second agreement for Goodrich and SYPAQ, adding the DB-110 surveillance system offering to the Goodrich intelligence exploitation system agreement already in place.
Andrew Chrostowski, general manager of Goodrich's ISR Systems team said, "We now have the team in place to offer a full reconnaissance system with complete local resources in Australia and New Zealand."

The DB-110 system comprises an airborne pod containing a long-range, dual-band EO/IR imaging sensor, and fixed and mobile intelligence exploitation systems. The day/night sensor is suitable for use on fast-jets, large UAVs and business jets. Ten countries worldwide have already selected the DB-110 for operation, and it has been used very successfully for operations in Afghanistan and Libya.
