The Company's Chief Executive Officer, Walter G. "Gil" Goodrich, President, Robert C. Turnham, Jr. and Chief Financial Officer, Jan L. The Company's Chief Executive Officer, Walter G. "Gil" Goodrich and President, Robert C. Turnham, Jr., will present at the Johnson Rice Energy Conference at the Hotel Monteleone located at 214 Royal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 30, 2013.

Turnham, Jr., will present at the IPAA's OGIS San Francisco Conference at The Palace Hotel located at 2 New Montgomery Street in San Francisco, California on October 1, 2013.  The presentation is scheduled for 5:20 PM ET.
