Good Technology Delivers Increased Developer Support and Ecosystem Integration for Good Dynamics Secure Mobility Platform

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Good Technology™, the leader in secure mobility, in collaboration with the IBM MobileFirst Ecosystem initiative, today announced support for the IBM MobileFirst Application platform - IBM Worklight® 6.0. Through the PhoneGap plugin on the Good Dynamics® Secure Mobility Platform, Worklight applications can now leverage and integrate best-in-class enterprise functionality, including containerization, secure communication, and policy management.  Developers can get step-by-step instructions on how to create and secure Worklight applications, and then deploy them to internal enterprise users or submit them to the App Store for general distribution.

As a result of Good's support for this platform, organizations can more easily embed enterprise level security controls and policies into their apps, without requiring mobile app developers to learn or write new code.  In addition, with Good Dynamics app-to-app encrypted tunneling technology, enterprises can enable mobile workflows to foster collaboration and increase productivity while ensuring data shared between apps is protected, whether they are custom apps built on IBM Worklight or apps from Good's vast ecosystem of independent software vendor (ISV) partners.
