Mobilizing low propensity voters is a key initiative for Liberty Hill, and through this challenge they are looking for innovative and creative approaches to voter engagement in Los Angeles.
"This challenge is all about bringing democracy to life," says Tara Roth McConaghy, president of the Goldhirsh Foundation. "Los Angeles has fantastic grassroots organizations, and this challenge empowers the community to determine who will best activate their constituents with the grant."
