Golfers Find Relief at the Spa During Majors
LEXINGTON, Ky., April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Master's kicks off the 2010 major golf championships putting the sport on top of everyone's minds. One thing all sports enthusiasts have in common is the spa. Athletes turn to the spa to help recover, improve and maintain their drive. Many spas have treatments centered around golf, and now is the perfect time to take advantage of them if you are above or below par.
"No matter what sport you play it's important to take care of yourself," said ISPA President Lynne McNees. "The spa is the perfect place to go to recover from a long game or to prepare for an upcoming tournament. According to ISPA's research a fourth of spa-goers worldwide say their primary reason for going to a spa is to soothe sore joints and muscles."
