With more than 20 years of experience in education and training, Ward is an expert in the areas of company culture, organizational growth strategies and safety programs. At Gold's Gym, Ward will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's training programs, career growth initiatives, company culture and organizational development.

Before joining Pillar Hotels & Resorts, Ward spent 12 years with Archon Group in a variety of roles including director of employee relations.
