Golden Seeds Leads $1,600,000 Series A Financing for AboutOne

NEW YORK, Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Seeds led a $1,600,000 round of financing for Malvern, Pa. based AboutOne, an online family management system that automatically stores and manages household information and memories. The new capital will be used to accelerate product development, and expand the customer base.

Golden Seeds' investment was made through members of its Angel Forum as well as through Golden Seeds Fund 2 LP. Since launching in March, AboutOne has seen strong adoption of its service by a broad audience including mothers with children, military families and college kids.
