SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty, the San Francisco Bay Area's premier real estate brokerage, launched its signature publication GATEWAY Magazine at the loft penthouse of gallerist Francis Mill, of Hackett Mill Gallery. The soiree celebrated the inaugural Fall issue published in September. With a direct mail circulation of 60,000 copies targeting high-net-worth homes throughout the greater Bay Area, GATEWAY Magazine showcases some of the finest properties in the Sotheby's International Realty Affiliate network as well as global lifestyle content.

The magazine is the latest creative success from the brokerage, which has made a name for itself in in-house content marketing. The Fall 2017 edition of GATEWAY Magazine brings the brokerage's expertise center stage through rich, original content, integrated and strategic property exposure, and exclusive interviews profiling leaders in the fields of architecture, design, interiors and art.
