WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Age Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company (Pink Sheets: GDAR), and JK Development of Palm Beach County LLC have entered into a strategic alliance. JK Development designed "Cobra" technology, a high pressure, deep water, environment friendly oil leak containment system. "Cobra" technology has been designed to stop numerous underground oil breaches like the one that is under major scrutiny in the Gulf with British Petroleum heading up the cleanup in an unprecedented environmental disaster. Heavy scrutiny continues on Capital Hill as law makers are demanding answers from Transocean and Halliburton.
