Key terms and conditions:

This guarantee is based on the mortgage loan closing date provided in the original sales contract.
The offer is only available on purchase mortgage loans with closing dates a minimum of 30 days after the original contract is signed.
The credit will be paid on the HUD 1 settlement form upon closing.
