(NYSE: GNC, the "Company") authorized and declared the quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of 2014 of $0.16 per share of the Company's common stock, representing a 6.7% increase over its prior quarterly dividend. The dividend will be paid on or about March 28, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2014.
