STATE COLLEGE, Pa., April 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AccuWeather Global Weather Center – AccuWeather, Inc., the global leader in weather information and digital media, today announced it will power the preloaded weather content available on the new Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge. Galaxy S6 edge users will also offer users a new and exciting way to access weather information via Samsung's revolutionary curved-screen technology including the patented AccuWeather MinuteCast® technology.
"Working with global leaders in mobile technology, such as Samsung, allows us to continue breaking new ground in developing advanced weather applications for consumers all over the world," said Steven Smith, AccuWeather Chief Digital Officer.
