"Our shows have gained a reputation for showcasing a distinctive universe of manufacturers and suppliers from Greater China and throughout the region, as demonstrated by the quality and quantity of buyers in attendance. Our new Online Sourcing Fairs allow buyers to view exhibitors' products two months prior to the physical event, and their booths up to four months following the physical exhibitions. Buyers can also communicate with suppliers through various channels, together with having access to video interviews of exhibitors and other editorial coverage of the shows. For exhibitors, the online shows can allow them to extend their exhibition investments from four days to a six-month integrated marketing program," said Tommy Wong, President of Global Sources Exhibitions.
"Together, the China Sourcing Fairs and Online Sourcing Fairs combine the face-to-face exhibition experience with online technology that greatly enhances the productivity of attending trade shows for both buyers and suppliers. No other industry players offer this. It is an exclusive, next-generation trade show platform from Global Sources that substantially changes the export trade industry," said Wong.
One exhibitor at the Fairs, Marketing Director of Shenzhen Longhorn Technology Co., Yang Hui, said: "We definitely noticed an increase in the number of buyers at the show. We met some big names and a lot of buyers from emerging markets. This was one of our most productive trade shows of the year. The online show will further allow us to generate more awareness for our company and products long after the physical shows have ended."
