Global Security Agency Inc. Announces Effectiveness of Name Change and Reverse Split

MONTGOMERY, TX, June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Global Security Agency Inc. (GSAG.OB) is pleased to announce that its common stock became eligible for quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board and Pink OTC Markets under the name Global Security Agency Inc. and the trading symbol "GSAG" effective the open of business this morning. The company's former name, Belvedere Resources Corporation, and trading symbol, "BELV", are no longer valid.

In addition, the consolidation of the company's common stock on a 1:10 basis also became effective in the market at the open of business this morning, decreasing the number of outstanding shares from 66,006,450 shares to 6,600,645 shares. It subsequently completed the sale of 39,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $0.0001 per share for gross proceeds of $3,900 to its directors, officers and certain investors. These shares were originally intended to be issued on May 18, 2010 upon the effectiveness of the 1:10 consolidation, but could not be issued until today. The company now has a total of 45,600,645 outstanding shares of common stock.
