Global Real Estate Leaders Gather at the Four Seasons Hotel for 6th Annual Global Real Estate Markets Conference
University of Wisconsin-Madison's Graaskamp Center for Real Estate and Toll Brothers Co-host Global Real Estate Markets Conference
NEW YORK and MADISON, Wis., Nov. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Industry thought leaders will gather at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City on November 10th, 2016 for a conference hosted by the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate and Toll Brothers.
The 2016 Global Real Estate Markets Conference brings together real estate leaders to discuss how to successfully navigate the increasingly complex investment world and where to find global market opportunities. Specific topics include technology's role in reshaping real estate, global capital flow trends and how global markets can facilitate affordable housing. The Graaskamp Center's Real Estate MBA and Global Real Estate Master students will also attend, offering a unique educational opportunity to learn from real estate leaders around the world.
The pre-conference dinner will feature Larry Silverstein, chairman of mega development firm Silverstein Properties and owner of most of the World Trade Center site. On November 10th, Kevin Faxon, head of real estate - Americas at J.P. Morgan Asset Management; Jay Mantz, president of Rialto Capital Management; and Scott Brown, Global Head of Real Estate at Barings Real Estate Advisers, will discuss what makes their companies successful and share their insights on effective leadership in today's competitive global economy.
