TULSA, Okla., April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (Pink Sheets: GLPW) ("Global Power" or the "Company"), a leading design, engineering and manufacturing firm, announced today that it had filed a registration statement on Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
"We continue towards our goal to relist Global Power shares on a major exchange," said David Keller, President and CEO of Global Power. "We anticipate relisting of our shares following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals."
The company was re-capitalized and exited from a Chapter 11 reorganization on January 22, 2008.
