Global Pari-Mutuel Services, Inc. Appoints Friedman LLP as Independent Auditors

CHANDLER, Ariz.,  Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Pari-Mutuel Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GPRM) (the "Company"), a pari-mutuel gaming and wagering services provider, announced today that its Board of Directors has selected Friedman LLP to serve as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010, replacing Hansen Barnett and Maxwell, P.C.  The Company intends to comply with all applicable financial reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
