The firm's security and emergency response coverage includes China's largest cities and most popular tourist destinations such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guangzhou, Guilin, Huangshan, Lhasa, Hong Kong and Macau.
Global Guardian plans to offer its services in other countries in the region by the end of 2014. Those countries include Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, South Korea and the Philippines.
