Global Forensic Accounting and Compliance Expert Rajal Dubal Joins Exiger as Managing Director and Regional Head of Financial Investigations
NEW YORK, July 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Exiger, the global regulatory, financial crime, risk and compliance company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajal Dubal as Managing Director and Regional Head of Financial Investigations in the firm's Global Investigations Practice.
A licensed CPA with more than 20 years of investigative experience, Ms. Dubal has led high-profile corporate investigations on some of the most complex cases worldwide. With a tenure spanning the Big 4 and large consulting firms, Ms. Dubal brings expertise in forensic investigations involving detailed financial accounting and reporting, transactional data analysis, and global compliance issues for multinational corporations operating around the world including Latin America, Europe and Asia, and in regions as diverse as Azerbaijan, South Korea, India, and Turkey.
Ms. Dubal joins Exiger from a 13-year career at AlixPartners where she served as Director and led numerous investigations on behalf of audit committees, companies, and regulators into issues involving foreign corrupt practices, revenue recognition, financial-reporting irregularities, the propriety of related-party activities, and alleged fraudulent transactions. She has also served as an expert in anti-corruption for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
