Global Experiences Commits to the Generation Study Abroad Initiative with $25,000 in Scholarship Opportunities

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Nov. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- As a part of its pledge to join IIE's Generation Study Abroad and in celebration of International Education Week, Global Experiences (GE), an award winning international internship program provider, is set to annually offer $25,000 worth of scholarships starting with their Summer 2017 programs. Open to US university students with a special focus on first generation college students, recipients will participate in an international internship and gain invaluable global experience benefitting their future careers. In addition to its financial commitment, GE has pledged to continue taking on thought leadership roles on a national and international level, sharing their best practices with the global education community.
