Global DMA518 Ltd. ("GDL" or "the Company"), is pleased to announce its formation on November 20, 2014, as a venture capital firm incorporated in Samoa.  

GDL was created to take advantage of unconventional and lucrative venture capital and investment opportunities, specifically in the emerging technology and marketing sectors.

GDL has a board of advisors comprised of veteran investment professionals located around the globe who have many decades of experience in investment advising, mergers & acquisitions, and investment and securities law, in addition to many pan-Asian, European and North American transactions.

The Company's mandate is to identify and assess unique investment opportunities outside of the investing mainstream with the potential to generate very strong cash flow and yield exceptionally high returns. The Company will avoid conventional investment transactions whose growth may be inhibited by excessive market regulation.

GDL is presently in talks with multiple prospective clients for whom it could potentially raise capital to fund ongoing operations.
