Lockton Chicago Adds Management Liability Claims Counsel and Assistant Vice President to Technology & Privacy Practice

CHICAGO, Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Don Glazier and Michael Schmitt join Lockton at the insurance broker's Chicago operation. Glazier joins Lockton Financial Services Practice as Vice President and Claims' Counsel. Schmitt joins the Global Technology and Privacy Practice as AVP and Account Executive. Lockton is the world's largest privately held insurance broker.

Most recently, Glazier worked for seven years as Principal at Integro where he consulted with clients on coverage and claims issues. He also spent many years working with various carriers and in a private practice performing insurance defense work.

Glazier holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

Schmitt joins Lockton after working at Beazley Insurance as the Manager of their U.S. Middle Market Practice. Prior to Beazley, he held management liability positions with Chubb and Standard Insurance Company.

Schmitt holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and secondary education from the University of St. Thomas in the Twin Cities.
