Gladstone Commercial Corporation Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment Option
MCLEAN, Va., July 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Gladstone Commercial Corporation (NASDAQ: GOOD) (the "Company") today announced that, in connection with its common stock offering completed on June 15, 2011, the underwriters of the offering exercised and closed their option to purchase an additional 174,000 shares of common stock from the Company. The Company received approximately $2.9 million in additional net proceeds from the sale of these shares after deducting the underwriting discount. Janney Montgomery Scott LLC served as the sole book-runner and lead manager for the offering. BB&T Capital Markets, a division of Scott & Stringfellow, LLC, J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, LLC and Wunderlich Securities, Inc. served as co-managers.
