WASHINGTON, June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- GLADD President and CEO Sarah Kate Ellis will discuss the future of the gay rights movement after the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, to be handed down by the end of the month, at a National Press Club Newsmakers News Conference on Monday, June 22 at noon.
Ms. Ellis will also provide a picture of the current landscape and of what might happen if the court rules against the plaintiff.
Ms. Ellis has been GLADD president and CEO since January 2014. She is an award-winning media executive and communications strategist who has led programming to spotlight the diversity of the LGBT community. GLADD is the country's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender media advocacy organization.
