Christopher Day, Director of GILT Restaurant at The New York Palace Hotel, was featured in an article about his large and varied tea collection in The Wall Street Journal.
Alice Feiring of The Wall Street Journal applauded Day's tea selection which is similar in quality to the restaurant's renowned wine collection.
