GiftCards.com Launches Prepaid MasterCard(R) Card Offering to Corporate Clients
PITTSBURGH, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- GiftCards.com announced today that it is offering Print on Demand production for Prepaid MasterCard® cards to its corporate clients. In addition and to compliment the customized prepaid cards, the company is also offering customizable greeting cards for corporate customers to use when giving the product to recipients.
"This is a great milestone for us," stated Jason Wolfe, CEO of GiftCards.com. "We are excited to be working with MasterCard, and have our first successful printing and production of Prepaid MasterCard cards for corporate clients completed. We will be integrating the MasterCard-branded card option to the GiftCards.com site for consumer usage in the coming month. This will allow us to offer our customers more options to meet their prepaid card needs," stated Wolfe.
The addition of the MasterCard-branded prepaid card product line gives GiftCards.com a significant advantage in the prepaid industry. The company now carries three out of the four major card brand networks, including Visa, Discover and MasterCard. Given MasterCard's significant presence within the prepaid space, the Print on Demand solution offers card issuers and program managers more flexibility to produce fully customized cards within days with no inventory costs or minimum commitments.
"The addition of the MasterCard product increases our ability to service new clients and provides them with more choices when it comes to open-loop prepaid cards," stated Wolfe.
