BOSTON, Sept. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Charlestown's top agent joined Gibson Sotheby's International Realty this week. Nancy Roth has been the top agent by volume in Charlestown every year since 2007 (source: MLSpin).
"We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Nancy to our team," said President, Paul McGann. "She is one of those agents who is universally well-regarded by her clients and colleagues, alike."
Roth is a 15-year veteran of the industry with an impressive list of career accomplishments. She left the high tech world in 2002, after a successful 16-year career in high-level sales and sales management. Since that career transition, real estate has been a natural fit for Roth. "I love Charlestown," said Roth. "I live and work here, and it's where I've chosen to raise my family. That local knowledge allows me to confidently advise my clients on decisions that have very real impact on their lives." A devoted resident of the neighborhood, she is a member of the Charlestown Preservation Society and the Charlestown Mothers Association.
Furthermore, Gibson Sotheby's International Realty has made a series of big moves in Charlestown over the last several weeks.
We are also thrilled to welcome Jesse MacDonald to our Charlestown office. A Charlestown native and veteran to the industry, Jesse is regarded as one of the city's most respected agents. He joined the firm in August and brings an extensive level of experience in all aspects of real estate, including brokerage, investment, and new construction development.
Prior to that, Gibson Sotheby's International Realty welcomed attorney Richard Sullivan as the firm's in-house counsel, working from Charlestown. "We're growing and making a bigger impact in this city," said Chairman, Larry Rideout. "We knew Richard would be able to provide sage advice and a new approach to our already innovative leadership team."
