GIBC Digital Recruits Former State Street ETF Head To Lead APAC
NEW YORK, July 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- GIBC Digital announced today that it has hired Frank Henze to lead its Asia Pacific team. Mr. Henze will be located in the company's Hong Kong office and will be responsible for growing the company's presence throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Frank has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, including holding senior positions in several organizations. Prior to joining GIBC Digital, Frank was a Managing Director at State Street Global Advisors in Asia Pacific running distribution, product and operations for the traded funds franchise. He also designed business strategy for ANZ Global Markets, established a funds business for HSBC Bank in Europe and Asia, and helped to establish the ETF product category across Europe for Blackrock iShares (BGI).
He started his career as a management consultant and worked in corporate strategy and managed company turnarounds. Frank has significant leadership, change management and strategy experience and holds a Masters degree from University of Frankfurt and has studied at MIT, the University of Toronto and the Sorbonne.
