GHR Acquisition, LLC Acquires General Healthcare Resources

HOUSTON, May 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- GHR Acquisition, a Houston-based healthcare firm, has announced the acquisition of General Healthcare Resources ("GHR"), a mid-market healthcare staffing company with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida. 

Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, PA, General Healthcare Resources primarily provides nurses, therapists, behavioral health specialists, pharmacy personnel and other contingent labor to healthcare organizations and educational facilities across the eastern seaboard.   They also have a robust permanent placement business serving the same industry sectors.  Led by President Anthony Rossi, GHR has a strong and experienced management team who will continue in leadership roles to grow the various segments of the business.  This acquisition provides GHR Acquisition with a strong clinical staffing foundation from which to expand future operations.
