General Contractors such as GH Phipps use Textura—CPM to automate invoicing, lien waiver collection, electronic payments, document compliance and reporting.  General Contractors send an email to all project participants to initiate the monthly draw, and subcontractors can enter requested payment amounts and electronically sign the requests.  Proper documents, including a lien release, are emailed to the General Contractor for review.  Once approval is granted, the system automatically generates the pay application which can be reviewed online by the owner.
