Getty Images Names Tara M. Comonte as Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK, April 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Getty Images Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Klein today announced the appointment of Tara M. Comonte as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the innovative global creator and distributor of still imagery, video and multimedia products.

Ms. Comonte has more than a decade of experience delivering outstanding business performance in fast-paced, results-focused, international organizations. Since 2010, Ms. Comonte has served as Global CFO of McCann Worldgroup, the world's largest marketing communications business. Previous roles include Global CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Mediabrands; Global CFO of Universal McCann; and Regional CFO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa within the Publicis Groupe.

Ms. Comonte has received many prestigious honors for her achievements. Ms. Comonte is a Crain's New York Business "40 Under 40" honoree, an Advertising Age "Woman to Watch" and was the first CFO inducted into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement.
