Getty Images Appoints Susan Smith Ellis As Chief Marketing Officer
NEW YORK, July 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Getty Images Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Klein today announced the appointment of Susan Smith Ellis as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the global digital media company.

Smith Ellis is an accomplished marketing and advertising leader and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of Morgan Stanley. Last year, Fast Company named her as one of the "Ten Most Generous Marketing Geniuses." Smith Ellis is the former Chief Executive Officer of Product (RED), the global marketing company founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver to work with the world's most iconic brands and organizations to raise funds to fight the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Prior to (RED), Smith Ellis was an Executive Vice President of the Omnicom Group of Companies. She previously served as Executive Vice President at BBDO, where she worked with Fortune 100 brands and incubated Atmosphere, BBDO's digital agency.
