Each week during the four-week program, resident nutrition expert Dr. Melina will unveil a mystery color that should be used to create a protein shake recipe. Judged on originality, nutrition, and creativity, a weekly winner will be chosen all month based on that week's color theme.

The perfect shake must be 350 calories or less, use at least one ingredient of the week's theme (fresh or frozen) and at least one serving of Designer Whey protein powder - no food coloring allowed.

Each week, Designer Whey nutrition expert Dr. Melina and celebrity chef Marcel Vigneron (www.chefmarcelvigneron.com) will demonstrate tips for building a better smoothie and discuss the nutritional highlights of some ingredients based on that week's color.
