C Spire is teaming up with the High School Football Network (HSFN) to sponsor and host a day-long Signing Day program Wednesday focused on answering a few of the burning questions from die-hard college football fans about where some of their favorite high school and junior college stars have decided to play on Saturday.
Two top high school prospects and 12 top junior college stars are scheduled to formally announce their commitments Wednesday during the special signing day program, which will be live streamed from the first floor conference center of the diversified telecom and technology company's corporate offices.
