SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn., Jan. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Gerber Scientific, Inc. (NYSE: GRB) a worldwide leader in integrated automation solutions, said that it filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, January 7, 2011 in which the Company provided historical financial information for its fiscal 2011 first and second quarters ended July 31, 2010 and October 31, 2010 and each quarter in fiscal 2010, excluding the results of operations for Gerber Coburn, which was sold in December 2010, from its continuing operations.
