RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Genworth Financial, Inc. (NYSE: GNW) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65625 per outstanding share of its Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable March 1, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2011.
Genworth's Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock is not listed on any securities exchange.
