The new Thermos brand Filtration Bottle is geared toward consumers who want to ensure clean and delicious tasting water while on-the-go. This bottle features an innovative gravity-fed filtration method that is certified to meet strict standards for reducing contaminants such as aesthetic chlorine, chloramine, atrazine and particulate class V, as well as bad tastes and odor from water. This unique filtration design allows water to pass through the filter naturally and not by force, giving it increased contact time with the filter, resulting in contaminant-reduced water that is ready to drink.

The Genuine Thermos Brand Filtration Bottle is the latest NSF/ANSI 53 certified portable filtration bottle on the market today. The NSF, or National Sanitation Foundation, is a global organization that helps standardize sanitation and food safety and follows the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards development process. Achieving an NSF certification assures that a product complies with all standard requirements established by a well-respected certification organization, which increases credibility among consumers that products have been tested to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Easy to use, easy to enjoy
Clean, great tasting water is easily obtained with the new Genuine Thermos Brand Filtration Bottle. Simply fill the bottle with water, and the gravity-fed filter instantly goes to work, continuing to filter the water as the contaminant-reduced water chamber is emptied after being consumed.

Made from BPA-free, impact-resistant Eastman Tritan™ copolyester material, the bottle features a hygienic, locking, push-button lid for simple, one-handed operation, along with an integrated carrying loop for easy portability.

The Genuine Thermos Brand Filtration Bottle is available as a 20-ounce/590 ml capacity bottle with the filter in place or a 22-ounce/650 ml capacity without. It is available in four colors including clear, blue, pink or smoke and is sold at Target stores nationwide for $24.99. Two-pack replacement filters are also available at Target for $12.99. Each filter lasts for approximately 20 gallons or 128 full bottles of water.   

Arriving later in 2014, a double wall stainless steel version will be available with Thermos® vacuum insulation technology that will keep water cold for up to 12 hours. This bottle will have a 24-ounce/710 ml capacity and will also feature a hygienic, locking, push-button lid for convenient, on-the-go hydration.
