Mr. Black received a BS degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He currently serves on the Boards of Saepio, Inc., Connextions, Inc., and is the Board Chair of Truman Medical Centers.
"I am pleased to be joining such an outstanding team of highly experienced industry and private equity executives," said Mr. Black. "I look forward to working with the Genstar team to enhance value within the existing portfolio and to help identify new and exciting investment opportunities within the constantly evolving healthcare, information technology and software sectors."
