Geneva Resources, Inc. Announces Name Change to Sono Resources Inc. Effective March 11, 2011

CARSON CITY, Nev., March 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On February 10, 2011, Sono Resources Inc., formerly known as Geneva Resources Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada(the "Company"), filed Articles of Merger with the Nevada Secretary of State in order to merge with its wholly-owned subsidiary and to change its name to Sono Resources Inc. (the "Name Change"). The Name Change was effective with the Nevada Secretary of State of February 10, 2011 when the Articles of Merger were filed. The Name Change was effected on the OTC Bulletin Board on March 11, 2011.

The trading symbol for the Company remains OTCBB-GVRS. Management of the Company deemed it appropriate to change the name of the Company to Sono Resources Inc. in furtherance of and to better reflect the nature of proposed business operations.
